He is passionate about providing active daily living support, creating engaging and fun activities, and watching participants grow, thrive, and achieve their goals.
In his spare time, Getty enjoys walking his dog, playing footy, and hitting the gym. As an energetic and compassionate professional, he is dedicated to helping others and making each experience enjoyable. With Getty, participants can expect a supportive, dynamic, and fun environment that fosters independence and confidence.
Flynn is a dedicated and passionate support worker with a love for sports and adventure. When he’s not providing expertsupport to participants, you’ll find him on the field, court, or out exploring new horizons through football, cricket, and basketball, activities that fuel his energy and passion.
With a natural, easy-going approach and a genuine love for helping others, Flynn has built meaningful connections with people of all abilities. His background as a teacher’s assistant in a school setting, where he provided tailored support for students with disabilities, has equipped him with the skills and empathy to assist individuals with diverse needs and challenges.

Kerry has a wealth of experience in providing care and support to both children and adults living with complex disabilities, dedicated to fostering wellbeing and meaningful engagement to those she supports.
Kerry’s support services encompass mentoring, tutoring, social engagement, cooking, and household assistance, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual she cares for. Additionally, Kerry’s expertise includes epilepsy training, drug and alcohol awareness and a teaching diploma enabling her to provide comprehensive support and guidance.
Outside of her professional endeavours, Kerry finds joy in culinary pursuits, spending quality time with family and friends and immersing herself in nature, whether it’s cooking up a storm in the kitchen, or exploring the great outdoors with her dogs along the beach or embarking on new adventures in the Gold Coast region. Kerry thrives in moments of connection and exploration.
Michelle is passionate about holistic wellbeing and compassionate care. She finds joy in connecting with others and exploring avenues for holistic healing. When not at work Michelle cherishes moments with her beloved pets and indulges in activities like baking, beaded jewellery making and tending to her fruit and veggie patches. She is an avid explorer of new foods, a coffee enthusiast and finds solace in beach walks and long drives.
Michelle has a deep commitment to serving individuals with diverse needs and has experience in supporting with allied health support, professional cares, personal and in home cares and community access.
Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and empathy to her care, whether its providing care, advocating for individuals or fostering inclusive environments. She is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those around her.
Leigh is a dedicated support worker with certificates in aged care and disability care. He is passionate about providing compassionate care and support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), with extensive practical experience gained from supporting a family member, he brings empathy and understanding to participants.
Outside of work, Leigh enjoys immersing himself in various hobbies. He has a keen interest in reading history, exploring different musical genres, and diving into the world of sci-fi games such as Dungeons and Dragons. Board games also hold a special place with Leigh, offering moments of connection and fun with loved ones.
Leigh is a proud Gold Coast local, who cherishes the close bonds shared with family and friends. Travel has been a significant part of his life having explored 10 different countries in his younger years. These experiences have instilled a deep appreciation for the blessings we enjoy here in Australia.

Zoe is a vibrant and outgoing support worker whose life revolves around family, friends, and adventure. Passionate about staying active, she loves netball, hitting the gym, and practicing Pilates. When she’s not helping others, you’ll find her soaking up the sun at the beach and enjoying her love for swimming. She thrives on creating engaging and secure environments where children can flourish and build lasting connections.
With experience working with both verbal and non-verbal clients across all age groups, from children to adults, she offers a wide range of services including mentoring, personal care, community access facilitation, and promoting healthy lifestyles through exercise.
